Funding

Since 2009 the group is affiliated with the Centre for Quantum Technologies, which is funded by the National Research Foundation and the Ministry of Education of Singapore. The centre is located at the Natioanl University of Singapore. About CQT.
Previous principal funding:
We thankfully acknowledge the possibility to partially redeem and move the preexisting experimental setup from Germany to Singapore in March 2010. This has been generously made possible by Prof. T. W. Hänsch and the Max-Planck Institute of Quantum Optics, Garching, Germany. The experimental setup was located at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich, Germany.
Previous additinal funding:
Since July, 2007: We are part of the Research Unit FOR801 "Strong Correlations in Multiflavor Ultracold Quantum Gases", which is funded by the German Science Foundation DFG. From July 2010 we continue to participate as an external meber of this research unit.
January 2007 - December 2009: We were part part of the Munich-Center for Advanced Photonics (MAP), which is funded by the German Science Foundation DFG.
